Tie-out cable with tension spring attached can be attached to a tie out stake or a hook inserted into a stationary object such as a tree or a building. Be sure that the spring end is attached to the stationary object. Do not attach the Spring end to your dog’s collar. Be sure to use in an area that offers protection from hot sun. Remember to provide fresh water for your pet. Never use the tie out cable in an area where there are obstacles in which your dog can become entangled. Do not use to walk your dog. Do not use with Choke type collars. Not all pets can be tethered effectively. This item is not recommended for aggressive or overly active pets. Do not leave your dog unattended, owner supervision and judgement is required.
